Course Description

Every day people are exposed to hundreds, if not thousands, of messages. Messages telling us to buy a certain car, take a certain medication, vacation in a certain destination. What messages resonate and what messages are ignored? This workshop introduces participants to various techniques and tools to get your message to resonate with your audience. This workshop has broad application to professionals at all levels of their career: aspiring leaders, marketers, fundraisers, PR managers or anybody looking to create more effective messages. Participants are encouraged to bring a case or pressing business issue with them and use the workshop as a laboratory for the creation, refinement and delivery of their messages.
