Yoshiharu is the dynamic president of HPO Creation Inc., where he specializes in transforming leadership and organizational structures. His expertise spans organizational change, leadership development, executive coaching, and boosting marketing and sales performance.

With a career that began in marketing at Vicks Japan and evolved to a Marketing Manager role at Procter & Gamble, Yoshiharu has a solid foundation in driving brand success. His journey took a strategic turn towards human resources and organizational development, where he excelled in various management roles, from Corporate Training Manager to Regional OD and Talent Development Director.

Yoshiharu's academic achievements include a BA in Inter-cultural Communication from Kita-Kyushu University, an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, and an Ed Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University. His diverse background and extensive experience make him an exemplary leader and mentor in the fields of leadership and organizational development.
