Full Engagement Training: Enhancing Focus and Values for a Purposeful Life
The Full Engagement Training (FET) is a globally recognized program designed to help individuals manage distractions and stress through mindfulness tools and values exploration. FET enhances focus, enjoyment, and mental wellness in all areas of life by encouraging participants to stay present, make meaningful decisions, and take purposeful actions toward their goals.
The course incorporates a range of mindfulness exercises, including present-moment involvement, awareness of the five senses, body, breath, thoughts, and emotions. Additionally, participants will engage in values exploration through a values card sort, the creation of personal values statements, and setting values-based goals and actions.
Participants will benefit from better self-awareness and stronger connections with their classmates. The skills taught help clear the mind of unproductive thoughts, replacing them with a focus on core values, adding meaning to daily activities.
