This course provides participants with the skills required to deliver professional business presentations. The course begins with gaining a clear understanding of the elements of effective communication and how culture impacts this in a business context. Participants learn how properly prepare, design and deliver impactful presentations, including how to be more persuasive. Participants are given plenty of practice to develop their skills through a variety of exercises and presentations.
