AI for Business

This workshop aims to help business managers and leaders transition to the era of AI-enabled management. In recent years AI has been much advertised for its technical prowess in automation and image recognition. However, little is known about its less visible yet more powerful implications for business processes and thinking. AI can bring a massive competitive advantage to those who understand how to leverage the technology effectively. The workshop will cover the basics of AI and machine learning without getting into the complicated programming underlying the technology. Participants will then apply AI thinking to their own business operations, and should walk away with a concrete plan for how they can take advantage of the opportunities the technology provides. This workshop would be suitable for executives, managers, marketing and sales staff, project managers, or anyone in a position to effectively leverage AI to improve their work.
