Course Description

This is a course for students interested in Japanese newspapers and TV news. The course will use actual Japanese newspaper articles and news as materials. By listening to news in various fields and reading newspapers every week, you will learn expressions often used in Japanese news so that you can grasp the points faster and more accurately. You will also improve your conversational skills by exchanging opinions about the content of the news and practicing speaking using important words in the news.
This course is repeatable.

Instructor Biography

Aki Matsukura graduated from the First Department of Literature at Waseda University. After working for a publishing company specializing in educational materials for 9 years, she started teaching Japanese in 2002. She is currently teaching classes at various Japanese language institutions and universities.
